Cost- $35 per person for the initial meeting, $12 each session for regular biweekly meetings. Nutritional Snacks are additional.

We do this through nutritional counseling, easy to follow meal plans where you eat real food, and nutritional snacks to control cravings. Our program emphasizes nutritional education, behavior modification, exercise, and long-term maintenance.

The nutritional snacks are part of our meal plan and are essential when you are on a modified calorie level. They protect against loss of lean body mass, help to curb craving, help the body maintain a higher metabolic rate, and keep your blood sugar levels steady. You should safely lose up to 2 pounds per week with higher losses in the beginning weeks.
