- Get rid of your remote control
- Do your favorite exercise video
AT WORK
- Take a walk around your building during a break or lunch
- Stand when you talk on the phone
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator
- Walk around the airport while waiting for your flight
- Use the fitness centers or swimming pools of hotels when on business trips
